How does payment work?

Once we align on scope and fit, I’ll send over a simple proposal and invoice. Payment is processed through a secure link (powered by Found), with the option to pay via bank transfer or credit card—no logins or portals required.

What are your typical rates?

Most projects range from $3,500–$5,000/month, depending on the type and level of support. Short-term sprints and coaching packages are available, and hourly support is offered for select projects.

Do you offer hourly work?

Yes—for smaller projects, implementation follow-up, or light-touch strategic guidance, I offer hourly support:

$175/hour for Systems Implementation & Process Support

Hourly work is billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.

What are your payment terms?

Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month

Sprints or flat-rate projects require a 50% deposit to begin

Hourly work is billed after services are rendered (unless otherwise agreed upon)
